Farrel is the Executive Director
for Fenom Advantage. As head of real estate and
sales she is responsible for overall global real
estate strategy, new business development, and business
management, including oversight of staff professionals
located in the Southeastern region. She has managed
a successful 6 year career in real estate that includes
expertise in product and fund design, new business
development, portfolio strategy and investment management.
She also serves in the Real Estate
Specialist role with Infinity Realty Company and
has substantial transaction experience with Infinity
and Coldwell Banker that has resulted in sales that
total over a billion dollars. She is a member of
a number of real estate organizations as both an
advisor and contributor.
She has received an M.Ed in Business
Education and a bachelor’s degree in Computer
Information Systems from the University of West
Georgia and Savannah State University respectively.
Farrel is a member of various professional organizations
ranging from education, community outreach and of
course property development.
She is also carries memberships
in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Delta
Sigma Pi Fraternity Incorporated, The Order of the
Eastern Star and various other civic associations.
